“I started using Eva about 4 years ago when I was suffering with bad skin after living in Australia for a stint..... she restored my glow, corrected my skin and provides the best, most relaxing and comprehensive facials I've ever enjoyed anywhere in the world! I'd never use anybody else to look after my skin and she's also done a fantastic job on my eyelashes too... from perms, to tints to extensions. Bliss!! “I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend today at M Bar & Kitchen. I ordered the Club Sandwich (& chips!) and WOW! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. As it is located within a residential village, not many people realise it is actually open to the general public for brunch, lunch and dinner. (As someone who eats Gluten Free, my needs were catered for really well and I was reassured about the ingredients in the dish and the preparation process.)”

The shop is stylish and welcoming, and our barber was a true professional. They were fantastic with my son and listened to exactly what we both wanted, delivering two great haircuts. The attention to detail was incredible. We've definitely found our new go-to spot. Highly recommended!”

“Just had my second lash lift done here and still so impressed with how they look. Last time I did it, the lift lasted almost 2 months! The team here talk you through aftercare to make sure you can have them last as long as possible which I appreciate. I also regularly get my eyebrows done here. It’s so affordable but they take their time and really want to make sure you leave looking your best. They are also so time efficient, I never have to wait when I go.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“I did my monthly dinner in August here. What a delightful, quaint little place in the courtyard facing J Sheekey as well as backstage Wyndham Theatre. An actor came out, in between shows in a robe and matching slippers for a smoke and to sign someone’s autograph. There were 7 of us. Food and drink were really good and good value for money. The staff were extremely accomodating and attentive. We were all in awe of the place.”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“Amazing chicken place with generous portions. On a good day one chicken box can serve lunch and dinner for me! The chicken is very tender and juicy. It is also seasoned properly, with a mixture of spices, leaving a wonderful aftertaste. Remember to ask for extra green sauce! It is a perfect match with the chicken. You'll never forget the taste once you've had it. For people who like spiciness, the chili sauce goes really well with the green sauce. The sides are less impressive. Vegetables and rice are a bit undercooked to my taste, without much seasoning either. But hey, what more can you ask for after such delicious chicken. Overall very good value for money. The waiters are helpful and friendly.”

“Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.”

“Went to Galvin Bistrot for a Saturday afternoon lunch with friends and had an excellent time. The food was amazing and we loved the updated style to the menu since we last visited. The mediterranean style with things such as the sardine pincho or arancini balls while we chose the rest of the dishes were amazing. We also loved the starters such as venison tartare and the pasta such as the ragu. The mains were all the quality and presentation you'd expect from Galvin and did not disappoint. Staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful too. Wine and cocktails didn't disappoint either; negroni's and old fashioned's.”

There is absolutely no doubt that this place is visually stunning, offering endless opportunities for photographs. The interiors are truly breathtaking.
