“Yesterday my son who is 5, who has autism and is non-verbal had a dental operation which went very well however, it was the care that was so amazing by the nurses, receptionist and the doctors. I couldn’t thank them enough, his mum was very nervous reassured her and made her feel comfortable, l the nurses understood that my son had sensory issues and made him feel comfortable, happy and didn’t try to put him through too much. showing him visuals of what they were doing before actually doing it ie putting cream on him and bandages. The doctors were great, Anaesthesiologist was great at explaining and open to questions. The doctor checking him before we were discharged was also fantastic and informative as well as you could sense again she cared and was a mother herself. They cared about his wellbeing and they did it with a smile.”

Not only were my teeth so thoroughly cleaned, but I got so much advice including about how my fixed retainer placement affects what interdental brushes I can use! This is something no one has ever discussed with me. These appointments are increasingly expensive so it’s great to leave feeling like it’s money well spent.
