“The new recliner seats are incredibly comfortable and are going to make me come here more often! Small little thing though. I saw 4 employees in the main area and lots of customers in a queue but only one till open. Would be nice if more tills were opened when queues form. Especially during movies with intermissions (kill bill for example) so we can quickly grab some snacks. But I guess intermissions are rare so understandable that it's not something you have to deal with all the time”
“The newly refurbished colosseum was worth the wait. A delightful venue with many great events to look forward to. Bar prices seemed high which was the only negative to my first night with a concert by the BBC Concert Orchestra”
“Nice cinema with parking and adjustable seats. Many thanks to Lockesh for finding my purse (which was worth a lot) and handing it in when I left it on the seat. Goes to show the staff and management are sincere and genuine! Truly grateful!”
“Both my son and daughter attended PQA Watford and they absolutely loved their time there! The classes were fun, creative, and really helped them grow in confidence. The team are so supportive and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. It’s been such a positive experience for us, and I’d highly recommend PQA Watford to any parent looking for a place where their child can flourish.”
“Positive experience throughout and very professional.”
“This is a really lovely small venue that regularly puts on amateur dramatic performances. The drinks are cheap and the staff are really friendly- a great way to spend f a night out!”
“In a town where culture, the arts and music has been allowed to dwindle for the best part of 15 years, the Pump House is an absolutely vital part of the local arts and music scene. It provides an essential space for music and theatre in a way no other venue now does in Watford. From amateur theatre and kids theatre groups, to live music of all sorts, Watford would be artistically poorer without the Pump House. It should be supported and protected at all costs.”

“I had the pleasure to see the HIT perform at a local awards ceremony, and they were a joy to watch. Thoroughly entertaining, well choreographed and kept the audience engaged!”
