“I had a very positive experience at Le Look Image. I was unexpectedly in the area for family reasons and so had to cancel my appointment with my hairdresser at home - but my hair was in bad need of some tlc so I went to Le Look Image. I am extremely pleased that I did! My colour is fantastic - shiny and exactly the right shade for me (I asked for a match to my natural hair colour and got just that, but somehow it looks like a better version of my natural colour!) I am also very pleased with my cut - the gentleman took great care. He didn't do exactly what I asked - but with good reason - he politely explained that with my fine hair it would not look right, but adapted the cut to my hair. It looks really nice, the best cut I've had in years. Next time I need to be in the area I will try to get back to this salon.”

She kept everything professional and helpful by helping me to find the nearest UPS drop point and packing and labeling my package which it wasn’t her responsibility but i Loved her passion and responsibility anyway .
