The GP was friendly, listened to me as I explained my symptoms and I didn't feel at all rushed during the consultation. Felt extremely lucky to get an appointment as my own GP practice didn't have any emergency appointments available this morning and NHS 111 never rang me back. Unfortunately people don’t appreciate what they have til they loose it and with ever increasing pressures on the NHS, the team here do a great job and these pressures should be no reflection on them. Big shout out to Nurse Lauren who’s punctuality and care was second to none allowing my good friend to have their wound seen to. The lovely reception staff were also very helpful at the desk.
