“I had an incredible experience at NEXT Hounslow (Treaty Shopping Centre) that I’ll never forget. On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. Thank you to everyone at NEXT Hounslow – you didn’t just help me find a scent, you made a memory that will stay with me for a lifetime.”

“This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area”

At Macallan Experiance in Heathrow Airport last Week (05.2025) So generous / did share a good solid Macallan 30 years old COLOR EDITION with deep tast and a lighter MACALLAN 21 color Edition with us. “Update in 2025: No longer VAT-free. Better off buying in France (but the stock is limited) and detaxing. Sales team were helpful and kind and were happy to explain that the tax situation changed since my previous purchase. Lots of WOCs and classic items. No beige or nude WOCs since those are often hard to find. 2018: VAT-free Chanel store at Heathrow (VAT-free if you’re a non-EU resident)! There’s another store at Terminal 5 too if you’re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.”

“Kinda surprised by the other reviews regarding staff. We were helped by Joycy, and she was super helpful and very pleasant. Also, we ended up losing our receipt to get reimbursement for lost bags. I was able to call and spoke with Sharada, and she took the time to immediately look up our receipt and email me a copy not even 5 minutes later. She really saved our button on that one. Thanks, Sharada! Inventory was a bit limited, and prices were a bit high. But, that is to be expected at an airport location. Overall, I was happy with the experience.”
