“Easy for to get to by 62 bus stops nearby and train station staff very helpful had a good continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast the next day cook was so helpful ,gluten free bread and museli was available on. Request So much better than liberty bell never got breakfasts often had to get food from the tesco”

“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

The receptionist's also recognise their regular customers so when you call up to book a taxi, they make the whole process so smooth and easy! 100% will recommend!”

“A spacious, well designed and immaculately finished Victorian house with a large kitchen and beautiful garden. Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. Host Tamara is absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 out of 5 experience.”

“Had a very nice lunch here today. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Usually just visit for the garden centre, but my friend and I decided to eat whilst here. This is a great family run cafe/restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. We were seated quickly and served quickly, although it was fairly busy (and is normally packed out) I had the poached eggs with smashed avocado with an oat milk cappuccino. The coffee is very nice here too, probably the nicest I’ve had in a while. My friend had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and it looked delicious. All tasted fresh and came quickly too. Extra seating now for when it is very busy, which meant we didn’t have to wait for a table today. Lots of variety on the menu, and some of the other food being served up looked delicious too. Glad to see this place is still open and doing well. The staff here clearly work very hard to provide great food and service. Very reasonable prices too. Would recommend.”

“It managed to meet my expectations. The room was okay, the view could be better, but it's not a big deal. Breakfast was a little bit crowded, but delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not very close to the city center, but manageable. Overall it was a good price-value hotel in London, highly recommended.”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“Amazing for the price that was paid. Very warm, and welcome from the host. Walls seemed a bit thin but that didn't take away from the experience. Was pleased with the features on offer, ironing board and iron was not expected, but was there hanging on the wall. Shower not working well, but still worked, and sink filled up very quickly. Although there was some issues it wouldn't stop me returning.”

“Fantastic place. Owners are very friendly and flexible. Our three cats were very well looked after, well fed and happy. Accommodation is clean and well maintained with plenty of room for the cats to move around and exercise. Would happily use them again and have recommended to friends and family.”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”

“My room was fine for a budget hotel. However, the staff was just excellent. They truly cared for my experience and did all they could to accomodate my needs. One day I left some food on my tablea. When they came to clean and saw the food, they brought in a fridge for me to use (without any request from my side). I was so surprised to come back to my room in the evening and find a fridge in it :D The hotel is close to Stratford station, which is very well communicated with all parts of London that I visited during my stay.”
