“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

Staff are freindly and service is top notch for pick up 100% although delivery is up to an hour but standard. I would order the spring roll on its own if I had only 1 option. Filling..hot and full of meat and beansprouts. All round delicious and 5* value for money takeaway. Highly recommend 5*”

“I have to say, I was very impressed with their burgers. I ordered through Uber Eats and got their Roadhouse Beef Chilli Smash and New York Taxi. Both burgers were delicious. The chilli burger didn't have much chilli inside so could make that improvement but the quality of the beef was very good. The New York Taxi burger was my favourite. Flavoursome, good portion and great toppings. Highly recommend.”

They can be a little spicy depending on the dish you choose, so it would be good to give spice intensity options, like mild, medium and hot but otherwise the food is always piping hot and tasty! Adil made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable troughout. We have also met the shop manager Bay who was also polite and helful. The customer service was top-notch. “Arrived 8.05 Saturday morning, triaged within 20 minutes despite being 14th in the queue. Treated foot wound within 25 minutes, the staff were extremely efficient and polite. All done in around an hour. Thank you NHS, 10 stars if I could!! To add, I have subsequently visited twice more and received the same exemplary treatment for my scalded foot on both occasions. The last time I was in and out within 50 minutes. Maybe if a few more people like myself who have received brilliant treatment took the time to leave a review it might help to redress the balance of those who leave poor reviews without knowing the circumstances for delays and roles of the staff there. As a man in my 80's I'm grateful to live in this country and to be able to walk into an NHS care facility, without appointment, on my doorstep and receive this quality of care. 10 stars once again and my foot is getting better! Shame on you complainers!! Thank you once again NHS.”

“The gentlest dental hygienist I've experienced! Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable while still polite and gentle. The atmosphere at the clinic was warm and welcoming. Sarah put us at easy from the start. Lara (the dental nurse) was very attentive and great at reducing any minor discomfort during treatment. I was initially concerned about taking my sensitive teen son to a new hygienist but Sarah handled him so well - talking him through what she'll do and checking with him frequently giving him a break if he needed it. He tolerated the treatment so well and his attitude to dental appointments has certainly improved for the better since this experience. He got plenty of helpful practical advice and a demo on how to keep his teeth clean and healthy in a language he could understand rather than being told off for not brushing enough which has been our previous experience at other clinics. We've just attended for his second appointment with Sarah a year after his first one and he had very little build up so it seems he has picked up the advice from the first time. This time I sat in the chair as well and must say this has been the gentlest, least uncomfortable while still just as efficient dental clean I've had. Love the perfectly smooth, glass like feeling of my teeth without gum irritation or any other soreness around my mouth. I would gladly recommend Sarah to anyone.”
