Nina the owner was particularly helpful and we managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my elderly mother who has specialist insoles for her super flat feet. I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. You could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I am. Have a great pair of shoes, that should last me a good while.”
