“Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

“I have just completed a treatment with Dr Mina to have front crowns replaced and other work to improve my smile! I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. A special thanks to the reception team for always being so friendly and polite.”

“I have been visiting M and R barbers for at least 8 years now. Myself and my son have a re-occurring appointment with Raff or one of his skilled barbers. I have found the staff patient and accommodating with regards to my own time keeping and the temperament of my once toddler-aged son. Raff is passionate about his craft and engaging in conversation. I have enjoyed the beverages on offer during my many visits. I find the process almost automated due to the ease of picking a slot on the app and a barber waiting upon our arrival. We have regular haircuts and I have now added a beard trim to the booking. My father-in-law who lives in the north of the country still books in to see Raff during his regular visits(which is a review unto itself) There is always a smile on our faces leaving the barbers due to its relaxing environment and quality haircuts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M and R barbers to anyone in the Guildford area.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Highly recommend! I used waggy wheels for the first time today with two very untidy cavachons. Alex was very welcoming, showed me his very professional and very clean grooming room. He was very caring and calm towards my fur babies which was great as my youngest pup can get quite nervous. Alex really listened to what I asked for making sure he cut my dogs hair to my liking. My pups where returned to me very happy, looking and smelling gorgeous!! Will be back again for sure!!”

She has beautifully designed every tattoo I have asked for to a higher standard & with more creative ideas then I could ever imagine. My favourite thing about Aimee Lou is... She designs everything for me & will never copy any other work. You can leave with the comfort of knowing that she will not give your designs to anyone else so you can stay unique! (This is from experience of someone requesting a tattoo of mine. She changed the design up & gave them something new & I get to keep my unique tattoo!) She is also a dream to be with & chat to whilst tattooing! She’s also got a very gentle touch & I don’t think I could have got through my elbow tattoo with anyone else! “I spent 3 nights when I came to settle my daughter at the University of Surrey. It’s located in a calm area that can be easily reached by car. Its private car park in front of the property can accommodate 8-10 cars. It has a beautiful garden to enjoy in a sunny day, even to work remotely with the internet available. Nothing to complain about in the room, all tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was included in the price when I booked directly after checking it on the booking sites.”

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. “I believe that every experience is personal. We live in London and our son is a second-year student at Surrey University. Today, we found out that he went to A&E because he wasn't feeling well. The outcome is a severe infection, suspected meningitis. We, worried parents, drove to Guildford as soon as we found out that he was in hospital. At the moment, he is in hospital, and from his arrival at A&E to admission, the staff were terrific—very professional and caring. We could not thank them enough. When we arrived to see our child, the staff was invaluable and informative. From our previous experiences in London hospital wards over the years, it felt like VIP treatment.
