“Brilliant in one way, rubbish in another! The woman on the till was work shy, which affected the queue. She made people wait while checking something on her phone. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“Bought few sofas here over last 15 years and I have to say I keep returning only because of their quality sofas and customer service. I bought a sofa set today and the sales lady was really helpful. She really knew what she was doing and helped us with the choices. Don’t know her name however she is from Hungary. Highly recommend this place for any good furnitures.”

The wardrobes and media wall unit were custom-designed to fit our space perfectly, and the quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered exactly what was promised. The installation was neat, efficient, and tidy, with minimal disruption to our home. The final result is both stylish and functional, and we’ve already had several compliments from friends and family. “Genuinely a really lovely experience at Reis Grill & Bar. Music not too loud, very nicely decorated, very lovely and attentive staff, and the food is to die for! The service was also very quick, but it wasn’t so quick that we felt rushed. I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The only downside was that the food was so good I didn’t have any room for dessert! Thank you very much for a lovely evening.”

“Really great fresh cooked food. The pizzas are superb as are the rest of the dishes from the pasta to to fish and meat. The desert menu is good with the star being the home made tiramisu. Service is top notch with friendly staff. Wine is very reasonable. It does get busy on a Friday and Saturday so best to book but that's a good sign of a great restaurant.”

“We were a group having lunch before a funeral at the crematorium. We were welcomed so genuinely by Lou who I assume runs the pub. Gorgeous outdoor seating area and the flowers are so well looked after. Lunch was simple but delicious which suited us perfectly. I’d highly recommend here and it’s a shame we don’t live close by.”

The food, of course, was the highlight. My doner kebab was absolutely on point, bursting with flavour, and perfectly cooked. The combination of tender meat, fresh ingredients, and delicious sauces was simply spot on. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food, and it’s clear why they’ve earned such a strong reputation. I also want to give a special mention to the service. The staff, particularly the young lady who served me, was friendly, efficient, and attentive. She ensured that everything was to my liking and provided great recommendations. It’s always nice to feel well taken care of when dining out, and this visit was no exception. “My first meal in this Indian restaurant, which is in what was The Bell Inn pub hotel situated on the main road in Ruislip Gardens. The food was full of wonderful flavours, I really enjoyed it. A real delight to now have as a local restaurant.”

“My sister joined here July this year. With her disabilities, it’s hard for her to go out and meet friends and explore independently. Since being at EDR care she has enjoyed every minute of it. It gives her the opportunity to be out of the house in a different environment while enjoying the activities that they provide. Giving her the opportunity to meet different people and make friends. My sister enjoys all of the staffs company and speaks about them very highly. Rupee the manager is amazing always keeps you up to date and always offers support when she can.”
