“104 Restaurant by Richard Wilkins is very small (max 16 covers) but, for me, is a perfect restaurant. The food is outstanding (as good as any Michelin starred restaurant). The service was excellent, friendly and informative and there was a lovely ambience where you could enjoy the food, wine and your friends/family. I couldn't recommend it more highly!”

We have never had a meal that we didn't find exceptional, there are good reasons why this place has won so many awards and enjoys michelin star status, the staff are excellent and the menu choices and quality match that level and then some. Since moving to Loughton I tried all the local Chinese and decided to stop eating it as it all tasted like total trash… this Chingford Chinese one however had lots of veg types (in Loughton it seems the only vegetable they know is onion) and also generally just tastes good and fresh and very hot too! “We took this venue for a private hire and it was incredible. Guests got to choose from the menu even though we were 60 plus people. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Food was great, generous portions and good mix on the menu. Bottomless drinks were plentiful with rarely an empty glass. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended”

“This is a great plase to dine out. We, as a family have been eating at Birashwamys for over thirty years when my father came across it one day. The restaurant is very cosy and the gorgeous aroma coming from the kitchen makes you feel hungry the minute you walk through the door. There's a great choice of delicious dishes on offer that tastes different to other Indian restaurants I have visited. We no longer live close Birashwamys but we make it point to drive down regularly. The food tastes just as delicious today as it has did thirty years ago. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. Nice clean toilets. Good background music. Overall the place has a good feel about it. Well worth a try. You never know. This may become your favourite restaurant. Get Outlook for Android”

Parking available in a nearby carpark free in the evening. Praying facilities also available. Staff also gave free brownie favour to the kids. Will return again.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Attended Donnelly’s after meeting friends in Bermondsey. From start to finish the staff were attentive, courteous and prompt and the food was quick to come out (good because we were starving). To start I had the pate which was rich and flavourful and came served a wedge of crusty bread - an excellent accompaniment to balance the flavour. For my main I had the pollock which was delightful and light and seasoned to perfection. To finish I had millionaires shortbread, a dessert that never fails to satisfy me and in this case exceeded even my expectations with every mouthful. All in all an exemplary meal with outstanding service from the start and throughout.”
