“We went to Mori on a whim whilst visiting Slough on a short break. We had a long day and we wanted something close by to the travel lodge we were staying at. We picked this restaurant without looking at the reviews and honestly I can hand on heart say this has got to be the best meal we’ve ever eaten. The food quality was out of the world. It was fresh, well presented, and the flavours were to die for. We had starters, mains and a dessert and genuinely we can’t fault a single thing. The atmosphere was so calming and peaceful and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The chef preparing the food with everything in view was fantastic. We HIGHLY recommend this place and if we didn’t live so far we would be back again in a heart beat.”

“Stayed last night after checking in at 1am the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. After a bad day and half the night at work she was very understanding of my situation a credit to the company. Room was great with a lovely Hot shower. Breakfast was also very good. “As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

I've tried the breakfast and various lunches and the quality is excellent. Very fast service too. Parking is sometimes difficult.”

We ordered Chicken 65, Chilli Pepper Mushroom, Chilli Paneer, Samosa Chaat, and the Non-Veg Thali. Every dish was packed with amazing flavors, and the starters, in particular, were exceptional—big thumbs up to the chef for such delightful preparations! For two people, including a bottle of water, we spent £55. The pricing felt justified, as the portions and taste were far superior to other restaurants where we often pay more but leave unsatisfied. I’ve already recommended this place to my colleagues, and I wholeheartedly suggest others try it too. It’s truly worth every penny!”

“The most unexpected delight. In the area for a wedding on the weekend and stumbled across Artigupiani del Cibo. I can honestly say I have never had a better Italian meal, the last thing we expected to find in an English country village but I cannot be happier that we did. Dining: The restaurant serves refined, seasonal dishes, and the bar is elegant with a good cocktail selection. Afternoon tea is also a treat. Negatives: Food Portions: While the quality is excellent, portions in the restaurant can feel on the smaller side. Location: The countryside setting is beautiful, but it’s slightly remote if you’re looking for nightlife or easy access to city attractions. Atmosphere: Some guests might find it a little too formal compared to more relaxed luxury retreats. Overall: The Langley is ideal for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or spa retreat. It delivers on luxury and atmosphere.”

“Never knew there is gem local to me - The Wrapsta. Must go place again and again to relish not only good but outstanding food. I’ve tried pasta, plain Nachos both are good but their signature dish fully loaded wrap totally unique out of this world. Never ever before enjoyed any wrap like this. My master Wraptsa Mr. Aman has knowledge of food and ingredients combination moreover, he is very friendly in nature. Food ingredients are fresh, totally soothing to eyes, sitting space is available. Place is clean as you can see in pictures. Parking space is also available. Very soon adding Masala Chai (Tea) to their menu. All in all total healthy menu. Both options available not only for non-vegetarians but also for Vegetarians. (MUST GO PLACE FOR VEGETARIANS) Wishing them good luck to keep the way they are going.”

“Amazing building in beautiful grounds with a fabulous lake. Plenty of free parking and good WiFi ,the restaurant and bar are also a nice place to relax. The menu is ok not a huge selection but does have a good selection. The bar only as two draft beers on offer a IPA and Moretti plus bottles are on offer. The rooms with a garden view are away from the main building but are basic but ok. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to ensure you have a great stay.”

“Ended up needing to spend the night in London due to travel complications. We had an absolutely awfull day but we immediately felt better when we arrived to the hotel and were greeted by Phillip and the rest of the team ! The hotel was ridiculously cheap while also being clean and had everything you could need. Great bed and sheets, good TV, tea and coffee in the rooms, a bath ,a decent breakfast and a basic but very reasonable bar. Cant thank the staff enough as they were fantastic.”

“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”
