“Here, just in the centre of the village of Downe, we have the most lovely country pub you can imagine, with a good range of real ales, an amazing garden out back with several different areas, a delicious and affordable food menu, and just a short walk away from Charles Darwin's house. What more could you want. It's situated right next door to the village church, which is where the hourly TfL bus 146 from Bromley terminates, and the R8 also calls. Definitely worthy of a visit in itself.”

“Absolutely fantastic. I had a take away yesterday - it was so good I came back again tonight and had exactly the same!!! Lovely people, great service and, most importantly, fabulous food.
