“My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.”

The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. “Loved our meal at Raj Moni, the waiters were super helpful and the food and drinks were fantastic. I had poppadoms, masala, special fried rice and a plain naan and they were all delicious. The mango lassi was also excellent. They were very clear when I booked that they don't provide alcohol but you can bring your own with a small corkage charge. There's plenty of free parking nearby too.”

Clean, well-maintained, and rarely overcrowded — it’s honestly a steal at this price point. Whether you’re doing laps or just looking to unwind, the atmosphere is always calm and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience at the bowling alley doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the facility. Booking a lane feels like you need to be a mind-reader or a magician, and the staff there could really use some basic training in customer service. We were rushed during our game — to the point where we weren’t even able to complete our turns properly, which was disappointing. If the bowling alley team could take a note from the gym and pool staff, The Pavilion would truly be a five-star facility across the board.”

“I attended Hobbs Bromley today to return an online purchase and to purchase a dress from their new collection. I was served by an Asian lady, and regrettably forgot to get her name, but she was extremely accomodating and so very helpful!! As they did not have the dress in size in store, she proceeded to go above and beyond and ring all shops I could get to to ensure I got the dress for a wedding tomorrow. I am happy Hobbs Bromley still exists as it has always been my go to place locally for great quality garments and service, without having to travel into the City on weekends!!”

“Was an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.”
