The residence managers, Samuel and Mima, have always gone above and beyond to support residents—any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. “Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! I can give you my bank details but I'll need some sort of induction and I feel like I'll get taxed heavily for having a second job! What can we,as a team do about this? (Shopping is easy here so 5 stars is accurate! CASH IS KING THOUGH...SO...stop making it hard to pay cash!”

“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”
