“What a fantastic company with careful attention to customer service. Nina the owner was particularly helpful and we managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my elderly mother who has specialist insoles for her super flat feet. Amazingly the shoes are actually made in England. As a bonus we also found a well fitting stylish pair of trainers too. We will be back to get a few more pairs soon.”

“I took my car here on an urgent matter as someone had left a massive paint mark on my car. Within 2 hours Farrukh had restored the car back to normal and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. “Whilst Clarks shoes always provide great value for money, it's the staff at this branch that prompted me to leave a review. I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. You could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I am. Have a great pair of shoes, that should last me a good while.”

I was really pleased when we got there, the place is nice and cosy and Isabella was able to look through, made her choices and try on her picks! Callum collected all these exactly when he said he would and delivered them back and refitted them exactly when he said he would. The wonderful job he did on these doors exceeded all expectations and I now have a range of fitted wardrobes that look like new ones. I would highly recommend him.”
