“I had the best costumer service in my life from lovely Nora who was so kind and helpful when I returned a faulty product. She offered to order a replacement and when the delivery was going to be a few days, she tracked down an alternative at a nearby store. She never made me feel rushed or that it was an inconvenience. I ordered a large cappuccino and a hot chocolate . The hot chocolate was for my wife who commented that she really enjoyed the flavour.
