“Deserves more than 5 stars, the whole process even for someone who's never been to a hairdresser was relaxing and stress free. I enjoyed each step of the braiding process and time went on by so quickly that my hair was already looking perfect and natural after a nice friendly conversation. Not to mention within one day I was able to get my hair type and colour extension! I totally hidden gem of Kingston. Very friendly, would recommend to anyone!”

“Some people here haven't tried enough barber shops to give this shop an adequate rating. The value for money is insane. Hair cut- 9/10 standard price around £10-11 Wet shave10/10....9/10 compared to the £80 London ones. Customer service 9/10 even though it's expected some shops locally are slacking Infrastructure- 9/10 above average in cleanliness. Last point- when I left I had a smile on my face and hardly any loose hairs on my body; i say hardly because their might have been some but I didn't see or feel any which is insane after getting a hair cut.”

“My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the staff here made her feel so special. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”

“The margarita pizza was truly Italian, Arrabiata pasta & Carbonara pasta(custom made the way i wanted it) just made me feel like i was eating in Italy. The restaurant owners who run it are also so friendly and its interior is nicely decorated with a touch of Italian vibes.”

The rooms were furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the bed felt luxurious, the shower powerful and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent. “A little gem. Went here last night very friendly nice lady serving us we decided to have the Korean hot pot as we had never tried before and sounded really nice. We had to move tables as all are not equipped with heat for the hot pot but it wasn’t an issue. The food came quick and tasted absolutely delicious. On top of that it was pretty good value for money. A nice little place with nice staff and amazing food what more could you ask for. Will definitely be going back.”
