Nathan, the customer technician, was helpful from start to finish, asking all the important questions, budget, size of preferred vape device, juice flavours preferred, the extent to which I vape, etc. Walked out with a great device that suits me, with some delectable flavours to try, of which I am certain will continue me on my journey of remaining a non-smoker. “Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”

“I've used this branch for ten years or more without issues until recently. After a service, My Mercedes App and the vehicle still showed that service was due. On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”

“What a lovely couple who run this establishment! I dropped in and was lucky enough to get a slot for a pedicure as a walk in . The gentleman gave me a gel pedicure . He really paid attention to the hard skin on my feet and was very gentle clipping cuticles and using an electric file . He recommended a colour to me as I was very vague and used a brand which he said was better than another brand. He was very chatty and polite offering me a cup of tea. It was very relaxing and a nice quiet environment as some salons can be very busy and noisy . Overall, a really enjoyable experience not expensive either very competitive.
