“Dropped my car off at the required time and it was straight in for MOT. That normally never happens, so this was a great start. The 2 technicians Jamie and Kasun were brilliant and worked like a well oiled machine together (pardon the pun). I received a call from Roy the branch manager to update me and what I required for the car to pass the MOT. I signed off on the work to be done and was picking up the car by 5:30pm that evening. What an absolutely superb experience from the boys at Halfords Autocentre. Roy and his team were courteous, friendly and professional on all contacts. “Service plus are a proper old school, competent, honest and effective garage. Yes they are always busy, [because they are good] so plan ahead. Yes they go the extra mile. Yes they are not the cheapest, but all they also need to eat, buy expensive diagnostic equipment and pay their bills. We have an old but reliable car which needs proper maintenance to keep afloat. We have tried with other garages but they just do not do the job properly and in many cases have returned the vehicle with additional defects. This does not happen with Service Plus.
