“Absolutely first class service. I phoned this morning to ask if they stocked a part, walked in the door and within a minute had my new wiper blades in my hand! The staff member knew it was me as soon as I mentioned calling and they appeared like magic. Every time I've called in they've been helpful and the prices are great too. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and all the people who work there seem very lovely, welcoming and kind. Thanks everybody at Haywards”

“You got to love a Savers! Cheaper than most high steet stores, especially leading supermarkets. The only negative I find at this store is the limited staffing levels, but that's the norm now, so mot their fault.”

“Bonito’s, the food is lovely, one of my favourites being their bonitos mix of chicken avocado bacons and mayo. Iced coffees are of a frappe consistency and delicious. The cafe as a whole is clean and a welcoming place, staff are very lovely, always engaging in conversation and laughing with customers. They have daily hot food specials that look and smell delicious. Even if what you fancy isn’t on the menu, they will do it! Anything to make their customers happy as it should be☺️☺️☺️”

“Good experience, plenty of availability. Small queues, it was Thursday 6pm. They sell clothes, habitat, kitchenware, food obviously. There’s a cafe on site. Massive car park. Well located.”

“There were two customer services, one was Turkish, she was on the phone only so that we would not go to her and go to the other one, the other was very respected and polite, she was new there.
