“Jay and Ram at the Neptune Road branch (HA1) were extremely helpful in contacting Mapei product supplier when I had an issue with one of their products. They managed to get a solution to the issue I have had with and provide me with the required base paint to rectify the problem. Thank you Jay for your generous customer service and working with Ram on this for me to get this sorted. I saved quite a bit of money.”

The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with free delivery and faster than expected—their quick service really stood out. The flavors were spot on – the tandoori paneer was perfectly spiced, the crust had a satisfying crunch, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. “The man who runs the local off-licence is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people in the area. Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. His positive attitude makes the off-licence feel more than just a shop.”

“This is a well stocked shop. They sell newspapers, lottery, alcohol, chocolates, crisps, nuts, buldok noodles, household goods, sandwiches, milk, cheese, random DIY tools, gloves, hats, mini sewing kits, bottled water, fizzy drinks and slushie. Staff are usually on the phone but will help.”

“Came here to drop off my Evri parcel. Big ish supermarket selling Eastern European foods. I was greeted and served quickly but no one was in the store. EVRi printer at back of the store. I was impressed that it was organised had a designated area for the parcels. Signage on the shop say Ishveen but google map Kiran, so not sure which shop it was. Also hard to find parking and all paid off street parking. This shop id located off a busy main road.”

“Not the cheapest place so only go when you really need to. Has some vegan products, some veggies, flowers, alcohol, snacks, meal deals, bread, food bank donations, lottery and batteries recycling. Staff are always busy but friendly and there is a cash point outside.”

“Visited this place to try out the food and was blown away by this little unassuming spot. The food featured Sri Lankan styled menu with and explosion of taste and authenticity. I didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t rate the hotel but the food! OMG! It was amazing! I’m just annoyed that my belly couldn’t take in anymore. Food was buffet styled and there was a reasonably stocked bar. I can happily say that I would remember this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the food.”

Tesco maybe get a way where public can contact you to compliment staff as I could not find a way. Tesco as an organisation you must improve your animal welfare and human rights in clothing lines and climate emergency response. But thank you to the staff here today”
