“I ordered through Uber, the food was immaculate! We ordered the buy one get one free ‘hot one burger’ with American fries and cheesy jalapeño, came to around £22. I love spicy food and the burger was just perfect! My burger looked like the picture they have on the menu. Fully satisfied with the flavours, worth every single penny. “From the receptionist taken of order to the delivery of the meals in relatively hot conditions considering the distance travelled were first class services. The shredded chicken chow mein,the BBQ spare, and the king prawn fried rice were full of aroma and tasted so delicious. This restaurant is our newfound first to ring when it comes to the Chinese restaurant option. “I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”
