Flight into Los Angeles - Pick up car - Head to Hollywood (staying at The W Hotel) - Drove to Las Vegas (staying at The Cosmopolitan) - Finally made our way to Austin, Texas to stay with relatives - Watched the Austin Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas - Dropped the car off in Austin which was very easy - Flight home to London. “My rating would be a 4.5 more than a 5 star. The rooms are very large and clean, the kitchen is functional, views are amazing and the hotel is located close to transportation hubs, shopping, restaurants. Again, location is amazing! They have laundry room free of charge for the apartments but they don’t clean them as they should. Room cleaning comes every 3 days but they are really helpful and responsive if you ask for new towels and toiletries. Receptionists are nice but not always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would choose it again on my next visit.”

“We came for the Christmas doggy afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Each dog had their own tower of homemade goodies and even a toy each. The offerings for the humans was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was delightful. Definitely recommend”

“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Mohamadou. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel’’.”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”

“Closest pizza so far to a pizza in Naples. Was a seriously authentic and delicious pizza. The crust has a lovely char to it adding flavour, the toppings were all delicious and the sauce which often isn’t great in most pizzas here I feel, is just like Naples, rich, flavourful, like a pasta sauce sort of.”

“This is the second time we have used the venue. We used it for a birthday dinner a few years ago and recently a baby shower for about 18 people. It’s a lovely intimate space, clean with all the amenities needed. Has upstairs and downstairs mini living room open plan area. I would definitely recommend and use again. Decent rate with independent and easy instructions to gain access. Space also comes with tables and chairs inclusive in the hire. Thank you James for your correspondence.”

“We visited Navrtar on December 1st as a party of 4 adults for my son’s birthday. We have experienced several VR challenges in London and the US and found Navrtar to be really enjoyable and just enough of a challenge for the two of us in our 50s! The staff member who explained everything to us was helpful and patient! Plus he made some fabulous zombie themed cocktails! Definitely recommend Navrtar.”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”
