The delivery was super quick and the guys made the bed and set everything up. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.”

The wardrobes and desk were finished to a very high standard and the lighting both inside the cupboards and in the shelves and above the desk will be greatly appreciated when she’s studying and when she’s choosing what to wear. “I have used Flowers by Eva’s on several occasions and each time they provide first class beautiful flowers. A special “shout out” and “thank you” to Shannon who sat with me and was patient and extremely kind whilst I was very emotional ordering flowers for my late Grandad’s funeral. Shannon helped me choose the tribute I hoped for and the result was simply beautiful. I will order from Eva’s time and time again as nothing is too much trouble for them and their flowers are beautiful.”

“During my visit to the exclusive British Airways area at London airport, I discovered Itsu — and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.”

“Very tasty! I didn’t expect to find a real restaurant in an airport terminal. Normally you’ll find some overpriced restaurants more for a snack, but this one offered a full high quality meal. Definitely worth the price and considering it”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”

“As a visitor from the US, I was lucky to stumble upon this place through folks who lived in the neighborhood. It really is a hole in the wall type of place, so best to take your food home. My rating is based on their to go kebab rolls. They are £5 each, consisting of two charred kebabs (lamb), salad, chili sauce and a nan fresh from the tandoor. Having had these types of kebab rolls from all over the world I think these really are a pretty darn good! I would totally recommend this place!!! They have a lot of other options too, see photos of their kebab types. If you’re in the local area I would recommend. Addition: next day had the spicy chicken tikka roll - excellent! staff were also very good in the store.”
