“I brought my car (BMW F30 330e) in to have a look at the brakes after I thought the discs needed a change, the tech very honestly told me they were fine and didn't need changing instead of pretending I was right just to get money out of me. I then asked for some advice on removing a bolt with a stripped head on the auxiliary battery cover, without asking for money, he spent ages trying to get it out. After removing it, he quoted me 30 quid to change the auxiliary battery and said he could do it right then, which I was going to do myself if I could've got that stripped bolt out. 20 or so minutes later, the new battery is in and the drivetrain error message is gone. Seemed like honest and knowledgeable people, will be my go to next time my BMW inevitably goes wrong.”

I feel the salon owner does need to update the colours and introduce new colours. Also the nail technicians need to be allowed a little more time than 30 mins, sometimes it feels like a rush job. “Hands down the best B and B to say not only just in London but I would go as far as saying in the uk. A warm welcome at the door by a lovely family and they make u feel welcomed. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe.
