“My fiancé and I started dealing with kuoni for our honeymoon in 2019 and due to covid we had to move a lot of dates and plans around and kuoni were absolutely amazing from the start! Not only were they fantastic with initially helping us design and book the honeymoon of our dreams but when it all went crazy during covid they were so patient and understanding. Once we went back to let them know what we wanted to do we were greeted and served by Samantha who was absolutely out of this world fantastic! She was so helpful and delivered such an incredible customer service. We will absolutely be booking with her and kuoni again. Can’t recommend this company enough!”

I appreciate the quality of their ready meals and fresh produce, perfect for grabbing a quick, decent dinner. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, even during busy periods. While it's a smaller selection, they manage to pack in a good variety of Waitrose essentials. It's ideal for those last-minute bits, or when you need to top up on quality groceries without a full supermarket trip. The addition of the coffee machine is a nice touch too, for a quick pick me up. Overall a good experiance for a petrol station based shop.”

“I ordered my Wedding suit from AD (as the Groom) and dealt with Muss at AD in Guildford. Due to lack of Taylors in the Croydon area, I decided to head to Guildford. From the moment I stepped foot into AD, Muss was incredibly helpful, informative and helped me find my perfect suit! I picked my suit up today (because they had to order in my size of trousers). Muss was on hand whilst I tried my Wedding suit on, and discussed the best options for small modifications and tayloring. Thank you AD, I would highly recommend you for other Grooms.”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Security guard went over his work remit by going out of his way to help me,excellent customer support from him. A manager I didn't take her name but she too gave me fabulous customer support. The only issue I had at the till I was told my Nectar card was blocked so I have to call Sainsbury's to fix it & add 100 points from shopping apparently I've got to do within 30 days. All this means I won't call,not convenient”

“Hi i shopped in Guildford JD this morning paid with cash , 2 young women served me and kept me waiting for ages going through the notes not just once but about 3-4 times then they said It was against the Law to accept a note with a bit of writing on it ( no it isn't i checked with my bank ) , then 1 went off for ages to “ check “ it was ok , their attitude was disgraceful made me feel like i was doing something wrong , ive shopped in there for years but never been made to feel like that or kept so long being served , very shoddy customer service .”

“Solid staffing and best service. Of the many practical, good things, like parking, seating and text notifications, the most significant is the staff. Good staffing goes unnoticed sometimes, and no doubt unappreciated. A competent staff is one thing, but here, the staff are exceedingly patient and accommodating, and there is huge peace of mind in that.”

Inside, the care of the spaces is manic: everything is tidy and well organised. The clothing offer is very varied, with a rich selection of sportswear for men, women and children, as well as many other items that make the store particularly attractive. In addition, there is no shortage of really convenient offers and promotions. A high quality point of sale, definitely to try.”
