“• Wedding Dress Cleaning Review • Professional, friendly and absolutely amazing service! I hadn’t had my wedding dress cleaned since my big day over 9 years ago. It had dirt marks along the hem from the wedding and had started to develop those strange yellow and black age stains where the dirt had begun to damage the fabric. They managed to remove all the stains and my dress now looks brand new. They even carefully removed the belt beforehand so the stones wouldn’t get damaged during cleaning, then re-sewed it back on perfectly afterwards. I’m so impressed with the result – highly recommend!”

“I recently had a chair delivered by Cox & Cox. I was really impressed with this company. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!”

“My 1 year old threw up all over the sofa and rug, the smell was unbearable. This company is very professional, they managed to fit me in the same day. They are very quick, efficient and friendly. Jay came to my home and paid attention to detail in every aspect of cleaning, lastly they offer reasonable prices unlike other companies. Would definitely call them again when needed.”

“Had a paneer tikka Kathi roll, fries and a can of Limca for £8.90. Food was served within minutes, piping hot. Fries were really crispy and the portion was a good size for one. The paneer tikka roll was filling and tasted very delicious. Not too spicy. The kathi roll was a flaky paratha that crumbed a bit but tasted really buttery and crispy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined in and the lady at the counter brought our food to us. They clear and clean all tables as customers leave. They have veg and non veg options. Would eat here again.”

“We had our daughter’s christening party here over the weekend and the team were absolutely amazing. A huge shout out to Amber, Rod, and George - you truly went above and beyond!! The food was fantastic — so many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. From helping with preparations and decorating, to sorting out drinks ahead of time and even organising the music, you made sure the whole day ran seamlessly. “I had my car remapped by remap kings, being an older BMW my ECU didn’t take the map. I spoke to Gerrard who was very professional and took the time to sit on the phone with me and discuss a solution and why the problem occurred (this was out of their control). Rather than force another map on the car, they thought the best option was to protect my ECU and instead offered me a refund. After the initial disappointment of my car not taking the remap, I am very happy with the customer service provided. Really great bunch of guys.”

“Definitely our favourite pizza for miles around and the service is amazing too. We ordered through Just Eat but the app was behaving strangely so we phoned the restaurant. They confirmed our order was ready but no delivery driver had shown up after waiting a few minutes longer we ended up going to collect the order ourselves and they gave us some free brownies by way of apology!”

“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. Either they are written by people who don't like it when their car fails an MOT and they have to spend money fixing things or they are just muppet's who haven't got a good thing to say about anything. I have been using MOT Plus for many years now (for all 3 of our cars) and they have always been great. Gary and Sam are great guys, honest and very professional. Ignore the negative reviews!”

“9/8/2024: I had my hair cut by Nicola today and she was amazing. It was my first time here and I brought photos of my last cut as I wanted it the same; (my usual hairdresser for 10+ years has retired from hairdressing). Nicola was brilliant all the way through. She talked through what she was doing with my hair at each stage, checking I was ok with it and was so friendly, engaging and easygoing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and talking with her was just like having a chat with a friend. Nicola also worked incredibly quickly and efficiently; (my short hair didn't need a lot off it, but nonetheless, I think it's the quickest anybody has ever cut my hair!). I was anxious about going to a salon again, and feel I really lucked out with a hairdresser who ticked all the boxes. I was so happy that I got my next haircut booked in before I left the salon; (most of the time I tend to leave it until my hair is driving me up the wall!). A massive thank you Nicola, and thank you Hair connections!”
