“Mr (Bob) Dent was really nice to me and my father we came with a really old racquet with an aluminium frame that my dad really liked as he got it from 30 years ago(it's 50 years old) and Mr Dent still offered to mend it even though it was super old.Price was super reasonable and Bob was super cool.Not only was Mr Dent interested in helping us understand how stringing works and why it is needed and how much tension our racquet needed and he was very professional.This was an amazing experience.”

He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful. “Go here a few times a week to mainly grab a chicken katsu salad which is 10/10. Sometimes have other food like sweet and sour chicken or katsu curry. Food is always very good and service is normally also perfect. Although lately have noticed service to be getting a little slower. Was waiting to be served for nearly 10 minutes whilst Deliveroo drivers coming in after me were getting served straight away. That just needs improving”
