“I am really positively impressed with how Swarovski remains loyal to providing an impeccable retail experience in the midst of an era of online shopping which has impacted the retail experience in general. I was not even sure I was going to buy anything , I went for a browse. I ended up buying two gifts for my friends. I was assisted by a lady called Val. Val was simply WONDERFUL . She knows the products and the company so well and delivers her knowledge with evident skill and care. It was like being in a museum, where the products were magical artefacts. I am so happy to have experienced this and to have made a lovely purchase at Swarovski Guildford Friary Mall. Sale assistants like Val make the world a better place Thank you for this -M”

“We came in on 1st November for our really early Christmas Do. As always Sam and the team were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the pub was full. We used the app to order so didn’t even need to get up off the table. The food came out promptly, piping hot and was delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. This is a lovely pub with an atmosphere. “I can't fault the detail showed by staff with regard to what the customer wants! The attention and effort is put in place. Especially from the Lady employee that dealt with me. I do warn customers that the shop in my personal opinion is vastly overpriced due to the fact after buying a shirt, I found another identical in a high street shop at a third of the price. Buy cautiously but a nice shop.”

“The Little Waitrose at Shell Horsley is a genuinely convenient stop. It's more than just a petrol station shop; it's a well-stocked mini-supermarket. I appreciate the quality of their ready meals and fresh produce, perfect for grabbing a quick, decent dinner. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, even during busy periods. While it's a smaller selection, they manage to pack in a good variety of Waitrose essentials. It's ideal for those last-minute bits, or when you need to top up on quality groceries without a full supermarket trip. The addition of the coffee machine is a nice touch too, for a quick pick me up. Overall a good experiance for a petrol station based shop.”

From the moment I stepped foot into AD, Muss was incredibly helpful, informative and helped me find my perfect suit! I picked my suit up today (because they had to order in my size of trousers). Muss was on hand whilst I tried my Wedding suit on, and discussed the best options for small modifications and tayloring. Thank you AD, I would highly recommend you for other Grooms.”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year!
