I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express. “Update in 2025: No longer VAT-free. Better off buying in France (but the stock is limited) and detaxing. Sales team were helpful and kind and were happy to explain that the tax situation changed since my previous purchase. Lots of WOCs and classic items. No beige or nude WOCs since those are often hard to find. 2018: VAT-free Chanel store at Heathrow (VAT-free if you’re a non-EU resident)! There’s another store at Terminal 5 too if you’re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.”
