“I found Lakeside by Googling Lotus Specialists about 5 years ago because my 1985 Excel had a head gasket issue plus a few minor faults. I have owned the car since 1988 and it is low milage (35k). I spoke to Tim and he gave me the advice regarding the repair required and a estimate of cost. I had the car transported to the garage and Tim carried out all my list of requirements to perfection including a a full service. When I collected the car Tim and his wife were fantastic hosts and showed me the work that they had carried out and even had the car washed for me. I collected the car on a Saturday and drove down the road to the garage to put some fuel in by the McClaren Cars entrance. As I turned the corner to my horror the clutch went and that was me to a standstill. It was now past 1 o'clock and the garage was closed. Fortunately I had Tims number, explained my predicament and he and Fiona arrived in their truck and their own Elan M100. Tim insisted that I drive the Elan home whilst he carried out a replacement of the master cylinder the following week. This we did and I returned to drive my car home the following weekend. There a few garages that would come out after closing and fewer that would loan out their own car. Faultless in every sense and my Excel performs better than ever. I did write a review years ago but it was not showing today, so I have re-posted my experience using Lakeside. Number One for me for Lotus Service and Repairs. Brian Capp Hereford. “I had a delightful lunch with my mum recently, where I indulged in a delicious beef burger accompanied by some incredible chips and onion rings. My mum opted for the fish board, and we were both thoroughly impressed with our meals. The pub itself was charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, they allowed me to bring my adorable little dachshund along, who is named Chipolata. The staff were so kind that they even chipolata sausage on the the menu for bar snacks and I didn’t want a whole Portion so allowed me to have half a portion It was such a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful meal!”

“I go to this little Co - op frequently, even though I live in Weybridge! It's far nicer than the local convenience stores close to me ( a Sainsbury's and a Tescoes.) Some nice products and the majority of the staff are very nice and friendly. Fairly easy to park too.”

“I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car.
