After listening to my problem, she asked me some lifestyle questions to get an idea of what may be making my issue worse that might not have been thought of before. She then explained that she focuses not only on treating the issue, but trying to ensure it doesn't happen again. She made connections between my issue and general things I do that might be exacerbating the problem, that I had considered. On top of treatment during our session and exercises to complete at home, she also suggested some small changes that would prevent the issue returning. After following her advice, I was greatly improved by our next session. I also found Katy to be easy to talk to, as she made the environment as comfortable as possible for me. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.”

“Parking is shambley but not their fault. Feel signage about place of shop and parking could be clearer but only an issue on first visit. Won’t make the mistake of accident driving down again! However the staff are lovely! Always have what I need in stock or ready to order for next day. They’re very helpful in providing information on what or where if it’s something they can’t provide themselves. Lovely place! Only one I visit now!”
