I’d done some research on the tyres I wanted and they confirmed they had them. All good. Dave, our friendly tyre fitter pinged at 8.30am saying he was here if we wanted to get started. Literally “Give me the keys. I’m all good for tea and coffee thanks, I’ll let you know when it’s done.” Tapped my card to pay once done. Simple. Top service from start to finish and price was the same as going to a tyre fitting garage miles away and hanging about for an hour.”

I had decided that other technicians might have thought the job was too small, but now I think it may have been just too big/complex a job for them. Paul was thorough in his initial evaluation, and managed to provide timely responses, detailed descriptions of the problems (with photos) and sensible/reasonably priced proposals for the work.
