“Mr (Bob) Dent was really nice to me and my father we came with a really old racquet with an aluminium frame that my dad really liked as he got it from 30 years ago(it's 50 years old) and Mr Dent still offered to mend it even though it was super old.Price was super reasonable and Bob was super cool.Not only was Mr Dent interested in helping us understand how stringing works and why it is needed and how much tension our racquet needed and he was very professional.This was an amazing experience.”

He diagnosed the issue over the phone (faulty plate heat exchanger) and didn’t charge extra for the inspection. He’s genuinely sincere, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. His rates are fair, he’s responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. “Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

“Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. His colleague whose name I have forgotten was equally as friendly and kind. I felt safe and and trusted them and the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend FirmusHeat.”
