John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful. Very friendly, reliable and approachable, he never failed to either pick up the phone or ring back even responded by emails on his holiday and helpfully acted as an intermediary between me and my vendor! Lee is absolutely amazing. Brilliant service and always on hand to provide advice and support. He helped make the whole experience a lot less stressful. I can not thank him enough for ensuring developer didn’t withdrawn with my very slow mortgage process. He’s also helped to rent the property while waiting to complete and I’m very grateful for everything he’s done for me. “Excellent customer service. Been coming to this store for almost five years and they never disappoint when it comes to customer service. The ladies at the tills are always polite and kind. The grocery choices here are excellent and they have some really nice exotic fruits. What I will say for improvement is that sometimes the queue can get really long so it would be great if there were two people at the tills and also the queue is in an awkward place as it take over one of the grocery aisles. Besides that I’d say this is a great place to shop.”
