They confirmed our order was ready but no delivery driver had shown up after waiting a few minutes longer we ended up going to collect the order ourselves and they gave us some free brownies by way of apology!”

“OB Makes ordering for my projects an absolute breeze, they have everything I need and i've worked all my regular items into a spreadsheet to make my quoting as efficient as possible. They sent a wrong drill bit type once and had the correct one with me by the end of the next day which is the customer service you need from suppliers, mistakes happen but the important part is the resolution and they more than stepped up. Can't recommend them enough and appreciate their efficient and great service”

“I have been a customer for over 17 years and have always had good experiences with the service and quality of the products, especially the meat. Medina has a large selection of pantry products, sauces, spices, fresh produce, drinks, and snacks to suit different tastes. Their meat and chicken are always fresh, reasonably priced, and displayed. The butchers are accommodating when asked for a special cut. I no longer live locally, but I travel to do my monthly big shop of Asian products and halal meat. No other butchers have equalled quality and service.”

“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. “During our trip to Watford to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio, we discovered this restaurant completely by chance. For our arrival lunch, the four of us had an absolutely delightful meal. Both the children and the adults loved every dish. The food was exquisite, and we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for dinner the following evening before the end of our stay, and we were just as impressed with the other dishes we tried. Either they are written by people who don't like it when their car fails an MOT and they have to spend money fixing things or they are just muppet's who haven't got a good thing to say about anything. I have been using MOT Plus for many years now (for all 3 of our cars) and they have always been great. Gary and Sam are great guys, honest and very professional. Ignore the negative reviews!”

“9/8/2024: I had my hair cut by Nicola today and she was amazing. It was my first time here and I brought photos of my last cut as I wanted it the same; (my usual hairdresser for 10+ years has retired from hairdressing). Nicola was brilliant all the way through. She talked through what she was doing with my hair at each stage, checking I was ok with it and was so friendly, engaging and easygoing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and talking with her was just like having a chat with a friend. Nicola also worked incredibly quickly and efficiently; (my short hair didn't need a lot off it, but nonetheless, I think it's the quickest anybody has ever cut my hair!). I was anxious about going to a salon again, and feel I really lucked out with a hairdresser who ticked all the boxes. I was so happy that I got my next haircut booked in before I left the salon; (most of the time I tend to leave it until my hair is driving me up the wall!). A massive thank you Nicola, and thank you Hair connections!”
