“A huge thanks to Mehul at Caspian Seagull travel for organising such a great holiday at short notice. We were stranded at Gatwick having had our flight to Madeira cancelled just before boarding and no alternative bring offered by BA for several days. I contacted Mehul who calmly and efficiently secured us flights to Tenerife the next day and held them whilst we looked together at hotel options. He had to make sure the hotel was suitable for my 91 year old mother in law with mobility issues as well as being good enough for us! Not easy with very little availability but he found us a great option which we are enjoying very much. He even phoned the hotel to check they were putting us in suitable rooms. “Hassan packages Is literally the best decision you can make. You know your in the best hands with them. They take precise care and make every detail and every hour of your journey super special and a moment to remember. They are super friendly, easy to get along with and ensure you are put with the best people in your room and with your families from the begginining to the very end. Everyone goes on about Al Bait packages however all the people who chose this didnt have such a personal special experience as we did. There are times they hardly sleep and they are putting so much hard work in the background but they never let you feel their tiredness or anything. They explain everything in detail, there for you every minute of the day, help you out in seconds of messaging them or ringing them. Even in the London seminar we were given so much time and they fed us so much already, I was not expecting that at all. We all had such a good experience and felt like they were family we were truly sad to leave their side. I highly recommend you to choose them, you will not regret it one bit. Also I must add the amount of gifts and bottles and all the things they provide is endless so please don't buy bottles and umbrellas. They also prepare your cards ensure to send out reminders on the group and check up on you. It's amazing. People say Hajj is hard but hand held on heart I didn't feel much of that at all and I truly believe it was because it was Hassan travels.”

“Fantastic holiday based on the Deccan. Well organised with extremely helpful early input to obtain permission to bring prescription drugs into India. This part of the Deccan is a relatively unvisited area and we were normally the only Europeans to be seen. The sites visited were quite mind-blowing. Everyone was so friendly and our driver, Murali went above and beyond to look after us. Guides (with a single exception) were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really seemed to appreciate our interest. We have no hesitation in recommending Indus Experiences.”

“I booked this Taxi company as they rent out mini buses and I needed a cab that was big enough for a ladder, as I was locked out I had a cheaper idea to avoid the cost of a Locksmith. The cab driver collected the ladder and bought it around here, then he climbed up the ladder, he figured out how to open the window by figuring out a way to get round the safety valve on the window, after he had got the window open , he climbed inside of the house and came downstairs and opened the door for me. What a great cab driver, so kind and helpful. Not often do I find sincerely nice people who are willing to help me out. Thank you very much. Will be sure to recommend SK Travel as often as I can do. “I arranged a last minute booking with AZ Luxe and they delivered above and beyond. I booked a drop off and pick up with this company to and from 2 different airports and they arranged everything for me. All I had to do was provide my flight itinerary and they took care of the rest. The most seamless process I’ve ever experienced with a chauffeur company unlike anything before. Our driver Riyad turned up early and patiently waited for us. He then greeted us kindly and took our luggage into the car. He then made sure we were comfortable and even reminded us if we had packed our essentials like passports, money and chargers. The drive was smooth and consistent and took us directly outside where we needed to be and helped us get a trolly too! On our return journey we were greeted by Syed who was waiting in clear view of arrivals at Heathrow and was very easy to spot. He apologised in advance as to where he had to park due to the lifts. Ring out of service and wanted us to avoid going up and down stairs with 4 suitcases. However he had parked in a location that was easy for us to get to and took our trolly and luggage and lead the way. Once we reached the car park, he told us to wait there and he rushed to bring the car to us to avoid making us walk. The drive back home was smooth and he made sure the car temperature was warm as we had just returned to London and the cold from tropical weather. Both drivers were professional and gave us that personal experience with those little extra touches that honestly made our holiday experience that bit better. AZ Luxe thank you!
