“Was greeted with a warm hello and straight away informed of the parking situation, so put my reg in and was not fined. There were even 5 different notice signs in store about it when I visited on the weekend (the signs outside also state the parking, which is not owned by toolstation). Unfortunately saw another customer get verbally aggressive and threatening towards staff; I would also get blunt with customers if they behaved like that. Aside from that, had a quick and friendly service :)”

“The staff at Tooth Club Loughton were incredibly informative and supportive throughout my treatment. I had an implant and composite bonding, and the dentists were always transparent about the process. We worked together to achieve the look I wanted, which made me feel really involved in the decisions. My Invisalign treatment took a little longer than expected (which I understand is quite normal). The rest of the work was carried out efficiently, I’m really pleased with the results. The admin team were also fantastic, always helpful and making sure I never missed an appointment.
