“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . She offered great design ideas and helped us make the most of our new space. Besides she was never “pushy” like some competitors, instead always patient and supportive, we always felt in the right hands. All furniture of our new Schüller kitchen and all appliances, mostly Neff, were delivered complete, in time as promised and convince by quality and design.
