“During my husband’s work visit, he accidentally discovered Roti Hut on Rayners Lane, and we are so happy he did! He brought home a selection of vegetarian items – vegetable roti, rolls, curry bun, and seeni sambal bun. Everything was extremely delicious, and the portion sizes were large, too. I enjoyed every single item! My husband eats non-veg, and he said the non-veg options were really delicious as well. We highly recommend Roti Hut! If we are ever around Pinner again, we will definitely visit you.”

The store itself is quite spacious and well laid out, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes shopping here a pleasure. It boasts a wide variety of sections, including the usual butcher, fishmonger, fresh salad bar, and bakery, but what really sets this Morrisons apart is its unique offerings, like a handmade pizza bar where you can watch your pizza being made fresh, as well as a selection of freshly cooked meats and pies. Overall, I always have a positive shopping experience at this Morrisons, thanks to its convenient location, great selection of products, and the thoughtful amenities that make it stand out. It’s not just a place to shop—it’s a place I enjoy visiting, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxed and comprehensive grocery experience.”

“Went to Hayes Branch to pick up a mirror and they were super helpful. We've had issues with ordering mirrors , damage and refunds from other large retailers previously, which we told the guys here and they were very accommodating so we got what we wanted . Went above and beyond. Huge thanks guys .”

“HGV delivery to this site is a bit tight. Drive in, reverse out and tip from one side on the road. Give the company a call beforehand to check ideal time for delivery to avoid local peak traffic for the local primary/nursery school. Be considerate when parking, it's possible to leave enough room for the public to pass. Everyone was very friendly from my phone call through to delivery. Unloaded very quickly with a Reach from a friendly forkie. However, the jewel in the crown was your employee Luke. Absolutely cracking lad who took all the stress out of reversing safety back out onto the main road, keeping an eye on me, the cars and keeping the public safe at the same time whilst being clear with his signals. Top bloke! Appreciate it.”

Though I did not have an appointment and this person (I am sorry I do not know his name) was having lunch, he happily came out to test my battery. And he did not charge me a penny for it and did it with a smile! What a gem of a person. Though he was having lunch, he spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of car batteries. He is highly recommended as he seems to be a subject matter expert. Hats off to him!!”
