“5 stars for taste and quality. Probably the best moussaka in the UK. An unexpected surprise, made with fresh ingredients balanced spices and cooked to perfection. Tasty charcoal cooked souvlaki, Juicy and tender. Clean place with good space between tables. Large seating area. Joyful deco. The shop is not perfect, there are a lot of dishes on the menu that were not available, but it has huge potential to become one of the best restaurants in the area, especially now with the new chef who has huge experience in Greek cuisine. Definitely needs a visit.”

“Couldn’t have picked a better place for a delicious, filling, authentic curry meal for our first night in London. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We did not know this was a BYOB establishment, and when he realized that we’d wished we had known that, he told us to run next door and buy some beers from Aldi - and he saved the table for us! We are Americans and did not know how to properly eat our prawn puri appetizer, so he comically showed us the way. Food was 10/10 delicious. We cleaned our plates - which is rare for us. Maybe we were just hungry from the long day of travel, but I think there is something very special about this place. You will not be disappointed if you visit Akash!”

“Called up the cafe to ask if I could change something on the deliveroo sharing platter for 2, no trouble at all and the lady on the phone was polite (the most polite I’ve ever spoken too from a cafe) changing was no trouble. “Oh my gosh, this is one of my favourite Asian supermarket in London. This supermarket located in Colindale and it’s really near to where I live, so therefore I don’t have to go to Chinatown to buy any Asian ingredients for cooking. This place has different range of brands from all over Asia. The place is easy to find. All of their stocks are pretty organise and easy to be located. You can find different type of noodles here. My favourite section of this place is the pastry section. My favourite pastry is the mango pancakes and you must try it. The place is pretty clean and hygienic. The staff are super helpful and very friendly, I will definitely come back again to this place. If you live in a local area you’d be saving a lot of time to shop all of your Asian ingredients at this place.”

“This place came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The food is super tasty, very friendly staff and they gave good and honest advise when ordering. Overall the food for me is better then most if not all Indian veg restaurants in the north/northwest London area. I normally travel to Wembley areas for a good Indian veg or dosa place but this restaurant easily bets them all. We ordered Crispy Bhajiya, Chilli Paneer, Pani Puri, Masala Mogo, Paneer Butter Masala, South Indian Thali, Chana Batura, Paneer Fried Rice, Plain Dosa and Bullet Naan. Everything we ordered was spot on and tasted very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the food it was that the Chana was a bit on the hard side, I prefer mines soft, but thats all. I am a meat eater but as far as veg food goes I have not had better even in a meat restaurant. Highly recommended if you are thinking about going!”

“Amazing restaurant with kenyan specialities like Mishkaki, kachumbari, ugali, sukuma wiki and a lot more! You can also buy halua, achari, mabuyu and some other non food items from kenya. Be aware of the parking, if you drive to Lidl Edgware remember always to register your car scanning the barcode from your receipt for free parking, otherwise you will get a parking fine.”

The staff were very sweet, and the whole vibe of enjoying Lebanese cuisine on Edgware Road made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”
