“Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary, and had a great experience. Jasmine in particular was very helpful, she made sure to check in and ask if we were ready to order anything else regularly which was very helpful as we were there for bottomless pancakes! “Great German food and beer (Paulaner and Erdinger). We came to see the River Culture Festival, not easy to get a table on terrace (also cannot book a table in terrace - first some first serve), so we sit inside at the beginning but then we eventually got a table. We had currywurst, black forest and apple strudel, Oh my God all are delicious! We definitely will come back one day for beautiful river view on the terrace and the food.”

“I went to Giggling Squid – Kingston upon Thames for my birthday. It wasn’t busy as it was a weekday, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were so polite, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was calm with beautiful décor — lovely colours, chandeliers, and paintings. Everything was very clean and stylish, including the toilets. The seafood dishes were delicious, and although I had the lamb shank which wasn’t my favourite, it was still tasty. Perfect place for nice birthday photos and a great dining experience!”

“Very ‘authentic’ HK style dimsum - love it here! A little bit pricey, but hey it is Kingston after all! Lucky to have this spot as a local restaurant. They have changed owner / name of the restaurant recently- FYI. Fav dishes so far - the siu mai, har gau, pork buns, custard cream buns and the pork pastry. Decent beef hor fun.”

“Ordered off them Almost religiously for the last year and their pizza is so tasty always cooked just right and delivered super fast! All their drivers have all been polite and very kind to the kids that lie to answer the door with me... I felt like it was time I gave them a review as I know not enough people remember to review amazing service! I'm usually one of those people but a recent trip to another ocal pizza place was shambolic and made me realise how amazing and faultless these guys are! They always have lots of deals on and are very reasonably priced with them! I only wished they accepted cash but I understand why they don't right now and hopefully this option will return once things are "normal" again! Look forward to many future pizzas from these guys I won't be going elsewhere.”

“Wow, the most delicious feta mini quiche ever! What a find! So much to choose from beautifully presented sweet and savory produce too. Lovely smiling staff. A wonderful surprise find for morning coffee with "pastries". Good value for money and quick service. We ate in, relaxing at the window bar seating, happily watching the rain! Highly recommended ( take away available too). JM”

“Went on a Saturday 2/3pm overall waited 45 minutes but was worth it! Food was super yummy and the portions are huge (they should never changed that!!!!) I ordered a dirty boy with the rib or beef brisket (can’t remember - but it had no bone) and it was honestly so flavourful. I’m sat at home craving this again but can’t get any because I’m far! Service was amazing and I can’t wait to go again.”

“Fantastic pub with excellent service! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. They have a unique lineup of beers, especially the IPAs, which were some of the best I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was great—lively but still relaxed, and the backyard is a perfect spot for smokers to unwind. Highly recommend this place for a great drink and a great vibe!”

“I've tried many Chinese takeaways in the area, and without a doubt, Wan's is the best! The food is always piping hot, packed with flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. Every dish tastes carefully prepared – from the crispy spring rolls to the rich, perfectly balanced sweet and sour chicken. Their portions are generous, the prices are fair, and they never miss a detail with the order. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick, whether I'm collecting or getting delivery. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now — it's become my go-to for a treat after a long week. If you’re looking for a Chinese takeaway that never disappoints, you won’t find better than here.”

“Food was awesome with mostly authentic Nepalese food, they also had a wide variety of options to have. They open around 6:00-7:00pm and close at 10:30pm, great for a dinner date and food usually takes 20mins to 1H depending on how much you order, atmosphere was great with sculptures behind glass and photos on the walls, staff where also lovely.”

“My daughter and I come here a lot. We enjoy the upstairs area. They always have vegan whipped topping, too. A lot of Nero's don't have it made! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.”

I’m an Indian from gujraat I’ve been brought up on Indian food and this is the closest takeout I’ve had that matches my mums cooking! I cannot commend this place enough! I had the Aloo parata and bher and vada pau. Everything was impeccable and perfect. I will 1000% be ordering from this place again. Sadly my mum isn’t with me so I just wanna thank you guys for making this amazing tasty food! “I visited this cafe first time its really fantastic service and i want to share my experience there was one person who is talking with staff very rudely i was sitting next table that person reacting like physco he wants refund after eating panini that person saying like staff is from another planet that so rude. for my personal experience staff is very polite they didn’t say anything and that person taking pictures without askinh them i was so shocked that type of person should not allowed to sit and giving bad impression to the businesses”
