We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“I recently visited the T4 hayes town. Its soo cool that i can customize the sugar and ice levels. Staff is very helpful and nice. I had tried some free samples which the lady is giving to everyone. Mango royal tea is soo delicious. I highly recommend visiting this branch for quick service.”

We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

“Brilliant work done. Very nice members of staff, respectful and true to their word. I'm always weary about leaving my car with people. I tend to work on my own cars and always worry about how mechanics and technicians will treat my car but I can tell you these guys treated mine with respect and did a brilliant job. “Côte is a classic safe choice when you somewhat french food that is at a reasonable price. We decided to try this branch for the view and outdoor seating. Prime view to tower bridge which felt like a luxury. No waiting times and the waiter was just so lovely, inviting and caring. My food highlight was the salad starter from the Prix Fixe menu. Delicious and so filling.”

“After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.”

The facilities are excellent, there are a wide range of clubs for everyone and its a very welcoming school, especially for me as i came to Hayes School alone and made lots of new friends... would definitely recommend this school to everyone, the best secondary school ever!”
