We’ve been 3 times this past month already and will be coming back again very soon. Strongly urge everyone to try this place out, you won’t be disappointed. “Always fit you in, no matter how busy they are but some of the technicians are better than others and when they rush it the quality is somewhat compromised. All in all its good for the price, some technicians are nicer than others but nobody is unfriendly. I have regular SNS manicures here and the occasional gel pedicure.”

“Lovely pasta with tomatoe sauce. Very friendly Staff. Service was very good when it was very busy. Pasta arrived within 10 mins,and was very hot. Nice cold 7up free with nice clean glass. Spoke to Manager,and told him restaurant was run brilliant,and to keep up the good work 10/10. He was very happy,and offered me a free strawberry ice cream. Good karma is always rewarded.”

“I went here a couple of days ago and took the risk after all the bad reviews(only 1 time risk). But now maybe it has changed owners and it's better now? As it looked like only 1 chinese guy was working there who spoke perfect English and I didn't see anyone else in sight. But anyways what i ordered was delicious which was roast duck with bbq sauce on egg fried rice.”

“We hosted our daughter’s 1st Birthday party in the Star’s private function room (a beautiful room). Elle did a fantastic job and ensured that the day ran smoothly! I had a lot of specific asks and requests and Elle did a great job in fulfilling them. Communication from booking to the event itself was great. On the day Elle pre-empted all our needs, the chef was great, food was lovely and the service from the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back for the next big celebration!”

“Highly recommend HM Cosmetics. I have followed on Instagram for a long time and chose to travel an hour to have lip blush done by them. Robyn was fantastic and I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was! Lips are beginning to flake and heal now which is part of the process, and the colour underneath is unreal. Very happy! “Iconic salon ✨ This hair dressers is simply the best! So I haven’t been to a hair dressers in like a decade, and have used box dyes to cover greys. My hairs very dark brown (almost black) and I wanted to go light ginger. Holly didn’t refuse point blank like I was expecting, she explained it would take a whole day if I wanted it done in one sitting & that’s exactly what we did. She listened to what I wanted and made my dream a reality. All the staff are really sweet and it’s a real hidden gem. My sister recommend Mane to me and I’ll be recommending everyone too. “A wonderfully friendly small cafe with inside and outside dining options. All 3 of us loved the food, we ate half before taking the picture. The portion sizes are good. Custom made sandwiches to order. The Focaccia is made on site and absolutely delicious. The other breads are ordered in from a bakery. They also have Korean and Italian cupboard foods for sale. We purchased a green tea seaweed pack that was reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and smiley, answered our questions about the food and you could see by their interactions with other customers, they have a lot of regulars.”

She caters and cares for all our shapes & sizes and brings such beautiful colourful clothing into my wardrobe with the help of her great team and shop assistants who always greet you with a lovely welcome. “Went in for a cut and blow dry. So happy with the results. Cydney gave good advice regarding the cut and as I have curly hair blow drying can be challenging. It's one of the best blow drys I had in a long time. Will definitely be returning.”

“We had my daughters 1st birthday party here a few weeks ago and everything was organised for us, from the decor, to the food, the invitations and the party bags. All we had to do was provide a cake. The food for the kids were a bit basic and there wasn't much choice but this was not a huge problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they had communicated everything with me before hand via email (very responsive) so we pretty much knew what to expect. Everything was organised well on the day and they fulfilled any requests I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the fact they have a no shoes policy so the place was really clean, perfect for kids to crawl around. The venue is great for kids and pretty well thought out. All the kids that attended had a great time. I would definitely return for some stay and play sessions and have already booked for the santas grotto.”

“Very enjoyable Mother's Day family breakfast at The Kitchen. Five adults and three children had very nice meals and all commented favourably. Adults had mixture of full English and veggie and children had Nutella on toast. Their offer of breakfast plus tea or coffee for £11 is brilliant value”
