Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny. They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. The prices might be slightly higher than your usual backstreet garage, but for the quality of work, they’re actually very reasonable. I also get my MOT done here. Everything is straightforward, no dodginess, no nonsense, just honest, professional service.”

I have been seeing a Physio called Aishling Burke who I can`t rate highly enough. Pelvic floor related issues are very much a `grey` area and finding someone with such extensive knowledge has been a game changer for me personally. Aishling is incredibly passionate about her work and once under her guidance my issues began to improve. She works with you every step of the way on the road to recovery. Just Fantastic!!”

“I cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and it’s always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.”

“One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. This particular Dr was able to prescribe the antibiotic , whilst checking the type of infection to confirm the correct medication. If it had not been correct, I would have been told to stop and take a newly prescribed one. In the past no one has bothered to check what type of infection it is when prescribing antibiotics and I have been given the same ( which did not work) or 3 different ones( one after the other). Really not good. A pleasant and positive feeling with this Dr.”

“Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy.
