“There was a young guy with curly hair who was working there last Saturday. He seemed really friendly and nice when spoken to. Which was something I really appreciated when coming into the shop not in the best mood. He is doing a great job.”

“Good place for Eastern European foods. It's a simple small family owned shop, but they stock things that you won't find in the supermarkets. We shop here often for cold smoked mackerel, caviar, cottage cheese etc in addition to normal Ocado deliveries.”

I’m personally going through a lot at the moment and they have the empathy to make me feel looked after always! The almond croissant and the tuna bagel is a favourite of ours! Music is fab and the cleanliness of the place is never compromised. They take great attention to customer excellence with anyone and everyone. The charm and wisdom of these staff is truly the best I’ve ever come across. Never change who you are girls top notch x”

“Come to Bromley just to eat at this remarkable bistro! I wouldn’t be surprised if they are booked solid for a month in advance. The food is a religious experience. The menu always changes with a terrific surprise every time. The service is impeccable, friendly professionals and knowledgeable of the food and wine they offer. The music and ambiance is upbeat yet tasteful. You’ll enjoy it anytime of the day, whether it’s for breakfast, brunch or date night. We’ve been here 3 times the past week and will be back again tomorrow.”

“One of the best shops to have opened in Biggin Hill for years! We don’t have any DIY shops locally so Screwfix has been a life saver when doing any jobs around the house. Thousands of products available, super easy to check stock & order on the app then just park up & collect. The staff go out of their way to help too. Friendly and professional.”

“I last went into a Majestic Wine about 20 years ago and got rudely told you could only buy a case not a single bottle. So I never went again until just the other day and what a change!! The guy in the Bromley store was really helpful, and you can now buy single bottles but get a decent discount if you buy six or more. They have a really good selection of wines from all the countries you'd expect and quite a few spirits too. I will certainly be going back and am pleased Majestic have changed their ways! Just wished I had found out a bit earlier.”

“Went for brunch on Sunday without a reservation. Had to wait for about 10-15 Mon for a table for 4 but all worth it. Had smashed avocado and American pancakes, my other half had pulled pork. All was great and looking forward to our next visit. Menu was looking great. Felt bright and modern. Service was polite, quick and efficient.”

“Not from the area and stopped for lunch at this place. The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”

“I Went into Savers on Bromley road for “a quick browse” and somehow came out smelling like a millionaire for the price of a meal deal. The staff were so helpful and lovely. I bought a nearly full perfume tester for half the price — basically daylight robbery, but legal :) They’ve still got a few behind the till, so run before I go back for seconds. 10/10 — my bank account’s crying but my nostrils are living their best life.”

“The best Indian shop in Bromley. Very friendly and helpful owner and wife. They have got a wide variety of stuff including frozen non veg items which includes sea food. They have a wide variety of stuff from haldiram prepared including paranthas, samosa ,kachori , sabzis. They have all kinds of masalas north and south indian. They keep idli dosa batter and the best panner in UK. Long story short they have almost everything you can think off( cards only for purchases more than 5£ though).”

“Overall a nice place with good coffee. It does need to be re designed as where the till is, people are walking through the door, trying to order their drinks, pay, then move over to stand in the queue to collect their drinks whilst other people are trying to leave the shop. It can be chaos when the shop is busy, it should really be looked at and re designed. The merchandise can also be hit and miss with not much of an option at times!!”
