“It is a lovely place where me and my friends have went for the past year in between our lessons in sixth form. The Owner is always incredibly friendly and kind and the food tastes incredible no matter the day (especially the panini’s and milkshakes). I would greatly recommend it as a stop for if you want a quick drink or are looking for a nice bite to eat with a friendly atmosphere.”

“All I can say is bellisima!! I have been wanting to try The Roasting for quite sometime. It is definitely worth the wait. The coffee was great and the pistachio croissant was absolutely fabulous. It’s one of the nicest pastries I had. The prices were also decent and affordable. Service is also great. The guy helped me to choose pastries by giving me an idea of what each of them were and he also gave me a drink recommendation. I will definitely come back to try the other stuff.”

“OMG biltong, where have you been all my life??? Drop what you’re doing and visit the shop to try delicious and authentic produce. Staff is very knowledgeable and will recommend you good bits if you’re unsure what to get! I can’t wait to get back to try truffle biltong. Great for gifts chutneys groceries and bbq. “Most people who ride the tube the destination is the area around the station, but my mother and I back in Nov 2025 traveled to Surbiton Station solely for one of its Cafe Nero stalls. See, as part of our trip to London I wanted to do as many ethical Harry Potter things as possible, and while the ownership has changed, this Cafe Nero is the exact same location that was used to film one of the opening scenes of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I think I recreated the photo very well. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was amazing. Thank you to the barista for not minding turning your work into a photo shoot.”

“I had tried to drop off of 3 parcels for UPS pickup at a place in Addlestone but i didn't trust the assistant as i didn't receive an email or sms receipt. I took my parcels back from them and called around and found JK Beers and wines. I spoke to Santosh who understood my situation and was able to checkin my parcels remotely to show me that sms or email receipts should be received which they were. I didn't mind driving 13 miles to JK Beers and wines the next morning to drop my parcels off because of the great service Santosh afforded me. He was proactive, honest and helpful - taking time to explain how the ups process is supposed to work. Santosh is great. PLEASE USE JK BEERS AND WINE FOR YOUR PARCEL DROP OFF, THEYRE FAB!
