“The staff were very friendly and helpful. I learnt to ski as a beginner many years ago here. It's a great place to revise skiing skills in preparation for a holiday. There is a beginner and advanced slope. I think that the recreational skiing rate is very reasonable. The facilities do look a bit tired but they're functional and work! I liked the fact that they had an electronic calendar which meant you could change your booking last minute.”

“Such an incredible place to train pole dancing. The owner Veronica is an amazing instructor who puts her heart into teaching and making her students better and better each time. I had an incredible time when I was going there, I could see a great improvement in my strength and flexibility over only a couple of months. The atmosphere at the studio is super friendly, the instructors are lovely and helpful. The studio itself is well looked after, clean and spacious. There's always water and snacks available for students. I never experienced any problems when attending classes at Exotica Pole Dance and if I could, I'd spend all my time there. It's the best place to go to if you want to become a great pole dancer.”

“This forest is just so magical. You feel how old and ancient everything is. There's a church nearby, and some of the graves are from people who were alive in the 1800s, which is really cool. I would recommend coming here if you love forests and exploring!”

We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “Like all parents, I was anxious about sending my 1 yr old daughter to nursery when I returned to work but I didn’t need to worry – the nursery is a real gem & she loved it from day one. Little Aisha has a warm, friendly, family feel and the staff genuinely care about the kids. Our daughter really bonded with her key workers in butterfly and caterpillar room . We couldn’t ask for more in terms of the support, love & attention she receives.”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“The practice took care of Obi, my friends cat, after we found he had died at home. They took care of us as much as him. The staff are wonderful, I can't thank them enough for making a difficult time less so.”

“When we first heard that our vet was called Cesar, we had a few laughs about whether he would be as good as Caesar Milan, the famous "Dog Whisperer". Let me just tell you that he was even better! Phoned on Monday morning and got a Tuesday appointment for our poorly lurcher that fitted in perfectly with our own busy timetable. Cesar arrived ahead of time, well stocked with his kit, and was incredibly personable from the start. Our lurcher is elderly and nervous and though he has never shown any aggression to others I did ask Cesar to bring a muzzle as our dog was tender on palpation (we suspected a pulled muscle). True to his word, Cesar brought a selection of muzzles and took his time accustoming our dog to the feel of it before the exam proper even began. There was a lot of love and tenderness in the exam, with plenty of head strokes and reassuring words so that our lovely dog felt completely relaxed in his hands. We even got a free ear clean thrown in (our bad!) The diagnosis was a sprained elbow for which we were given an injection and follow up medicine plus a comprehensive drugs/rehab regime to follow. We never felt rushed as we sometimes do at our (albeit excellent) regular vet, and being in familiar surroundings made this a much better experience all-round for our dog. The price, we felt, was really reasonable, and although we were offered supplements to assist with future joint care, we were in no way pressured to purchase them. In addition, Cesar examined the supplements I had purchased independently prior to his visit to make sure we were administering them correctly (we were!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar to anyone who loves their pet and for whom a commute to the vet's surgery is difficult. Obviously, if there's something requiring more extensive examination (X-rays, MRI's, surgery) you'll have to go elsewhere, but otherwise do give them a try. So delighted with the help we got.”

“The people that work here genuinely care for people but it isn't enough it similar in the end goal agenda to Lotus in terms of finances. The drug and alcohol team in Merton get funded by the counsil not the NHS and thus The Sunshine Recovery Cafe does however theres a much darker agenda behind the cafe then meets the eye. When this place first opened the CDaARS was under the mental health service and they were claiming they being "(SWLSTG) MHT" the allowance from the counsil I assume in the bounds of probability that SWLSTG knew they would not accept the renewed contract from the counsil(this is when WDP now VIA took over) on the balance of probability bearing in mind it was around six months before. So whilst under the MHT they opened the SRC with malace aforethought that they were going to send patients from the community mental health team to lighten they case load and offer a "option" weather it's any good a helping the mentally impaired is a different story bearing in mind you have to be four weeks sober to enter the SRC but it still comes under the remit of the merton drug and alcohol funds. But the only people benefiting from it are the mental health teams practically fobbing people off telling suicidal people to try SRC and people with other mental health problems, this place has no doctor or nurses and is not a clinical setting. And now the NOW called IHR is a separate entity from SRC and VIA they still continually refuse patients with dual diagnoses and refer to drug and alcohol. This place was built on the premises that SWLSTG would not renew the contract for CDaARS but they only surveyed people with long standing mental health problems beforehand in conquest of finding out if the MH community is for it not the Drug and Alcohol who have to deal with mental illness day in day out when mental health really don't care in my experience. "If you want kill your pop down the recovery cafe" or "if you want to kill yourself you have capacity your free to do it" those are the comments I've heard in my time and reported from other people (yes MH patients are people to).”

“I took a group to the Garden, we had a tour of the Garden in the morning which was really enjoyable. The guide was very knowledgeable. In the afternoon we did the Heritage Tour, a guide joined us on our coach and showed us round Windsor Great Park. This was an amazing experience. Our guide was Chris and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.”

“I feel very lucky to be a patient at Whitton Corner Dental Surgery. I always see Ivonne who is a very experienced dentist with a quiet reassuring manner. The ladies on the reception desk are always friendly and very helpful. They inform you in advance of the price of the procedures you are due to have done. So no big shocks at the end of the treatment. If you are nervous about going to a dentist, then this is the place for you, as there is a professional, calmness about the whole experience.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”
